Toni has been an incredible counselor for me. Under her safe and nurturing guidance, I've been able to shed internal judgments and deeply attune to my body. Through her support, I've cultivated greater compassion and curiosity towards different parts of myself. Moreover, Toni's workshop has been profoundly transformative. The nurturing atmosphere fostered within the workshop has accelerated my personal growth in a very profound way. I am greatly appreciative of Toni's dedication and care in supporting others.

Just home from my third somatic therapy session with Toni. Each time she has helped me to muddle my way through the the thick with just enough talking, listening, feeling. Post session I feel present, alive, curious. Tonight's plan was to distract myself with chores. Instead, I will just enjoy my own clear headed company. Gratitude for Toni!
